Very interesting coin. your bar is a die break. very clearly. the 1936 bar is also a die break but is on a slightly different location and has a different routing. If you compare it, you will notice it. there is only one way to know about value. Have it certified as a bar and try and sell it. Personally, I would not pay a lot more.
